PRODUCT
All of my art prints, notecards, and postcards are made to order reproductions of my original artwork. My artwork is scanned by a high quality Epson Scanner at 300dpi or higher. Although slight variance does exist from the original, I do my best to ensure consistency by conducting ink tests to ensure the colors of my prints match the artwork as closely as possible. Please note that the images on your screen may vary slightly in color from the actual print.
The flexibility and direct control over quality is one of the reason I chose to own the entire print process in house.
SHIPPING
- All full priced original artwork ships FREE via Priority with tracking within the U.S. Please select the standard shipping option during checkout and you will be automatically upgraded.
- Sorry, I do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.
Unless otherwise stated in the listing, orders ship within 3-5 days. Depending on when you place your order, it can take 2-12 days to arrive in the U.S. Processing time may take slightly longer during November and December due to the busy holiday season.
In doing my small part to save trees, I will not print a receipt of your order with your package unless it is requested during checkout. You should receive an order confirmation via email with the details of your order. Please contact me with any questions. This also makes gift orders easier as the prices of the items will never be revealed in the shipment.
RETURNS:
Although I don't accept returns or exchanges, your satisfaction is super important to me!
If the product arrives in a damaged condition, I will replace it for you free of charge or offer a refund. Please contact me with a photo of the damaged items and I will replace them as soon as I can upon availability.
